Little brother is now in the MTC preparing to serve an LDS mission in the Dominican Republic. Clearly, he was already forgetting his English before he had even left.
Unfortunately, I don’t even think that translates over to Spanish. In fact, not even in Hungarian where messed up usually works. I gather we will get many more gems from Jamis before his two-year stint concludes.
Having now lived in China for a year, I feel his pain. You know it’s awkward when you say awkward things, but your brain just can’t get it out. Glad I’m not the only one this happens to!
